Nordic Ops is a completely digital platform. All products and deliverables are digital assets that are accessed through your online dashboard. There are no physical products, no shipping, and no waiting for delivery. Everything is available instantly through your account.
When you purchase credits, they are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. When you redeem credits for a report, the report is generated within moments and stored in your account for permanent access. All files are available for download as PDFs directly from your dashboard.

Technical System Overview
Here is a technical overview of how the Nordic Ops platform operates, from credit storage to report delivery.
Credit Storage
When you purchase credits, the transaction is processed through Stripe and the credit amount is recorded in our database against your account. Your credit balance is stored securely and updated in real-time with every transaction. The balance is retrieved and displayed each time you access your dashboard, ensuring you always see your current available credits.
Report Generation
When you redeem credits for a report, the system receives your input (such as a URL), validates the request, and initiates the report generation process. The backend analyzes the provided information using standardized methodology and generates a structured document. This process is automated and typically completes within moments.
File Storage
Generated reports are converted to PDF format and uploaded to secure cloud storage. Each report is associated with your account and stored permanently. The storage system maintains file integrity and ensures your reports are available for access and download at any time, even years after generation.
Download Links
When you access a report from your dashboard, the system generates a secure download link that allows you to retrieve the PDF file. These links are generated on-demand and are tied to your authenticated session. You can download your reports as many times as needed without any additional charges.

Note: In rare cases, report generation may take longer due to server load or complexity of the analyzed content. If a report takes longer than expected, it will still appear in your dashboard once complete. No credits are deducted for failed generations.
