Purchase Credits
Start by selecting a credit pack that fits your needs. All credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscriptions or recurring charges.

You will see a checkout page powered by Stripe where you enter your payment details. After successful payment, you are redirected back to Nordic Ops with a confirmation message.
Credits Added to Account
Upon successful payment, credits are added to your account balance immediately. There is no waiting period or manual approval process.

Your dashboard will show the updated credit balance in the header. The Activity section will show a new entry recording the credit purchase with timestamp.
Access Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for all platform activity. Here you can view your balance, generate reports, and access all previously generated outputs.

Redeem Credits for Reports
Select the report type you want to generate and enter the required information. Each report type has a clearly displayed credit cost.

You will see a list of available report types, each showing its credit cost and a brief description. After selecting a report, you enter the required URL and see a confirmation screen before credits are deducted.
Report is Generated
After confirming the redemption, the system processes your request and generates a structured report. This typically completes within moments.

Download Your Output
Access your generated report from the dashboard at any time. Reports are stored permanently and can be downloaded as PDF files whenever you need them.

Additional Information
Credit Accumulation
Credits from multiple purchases are combined into a single balance. If you buy a 10-credit pack and later buy a 25-credit pack, you will have 35 credits available (minus any already used).
No Expiration
Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You can use them whenever you need them, whether that is immediately or months later.
Permanent Storage
All generated reports are stored permanently in your account. You can download them as many times as needed, and they remain accessible indefinitely.
Failed Generations
If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue, credits are not deducted. You can try again or contact support for assistance.
