1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nordic Ops platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nordic Operations LLC ("Nordic Ops", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our website, services, and applications.
By using Nordic Ops, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

Account Creation

One Account Per User
Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in account termination.

All reports are purchased individually through one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or stored value.

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- 4Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the Platform without permission

- 7Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
- 8Circumventing any security measures or access restrictions
- 9Uploading malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- 10Violating any intellectual property rights of Nordic Ops or third parties

"As Is" Provision
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, or other results from using our Services. Reports provide structured observations based on available data and should not be considered professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDIC OPERATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR REPORTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordic Operations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Platform
10. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your generated reports will remain accessible unless you request their deletion.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate for any reason with 30 days' notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@nordicops.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Platform
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
- If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account
