Digital Services Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access, all sales are final once credits are issued to your account.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using your credits, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate credit restoration.

How to Request Support

To report a technical issue:

  • Email us at support@nordicops.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Include your account email and order details
  • Describe the technical issue you experienced
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days

What We Can Help With

  • Credits not appearing in your account after successful payment
  • Technical errors preventing service redemption
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits already redeemed for services
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with service content (review service descriptions before redeeming)
