Digital Services Policy

Nordic Ops provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase and report generation. Due to the instant-delivery nature of our services, all generated and delivered reports are considered final.

If a report has already been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not provided due to the immediate and digital nature of the service. However, we stand behind our platform and will address any legitimate technical or billing issues.

When You Can Get a Refund

We will process refunds for the following situations:

When Refunds Are Not Available

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Report Already Generated

Reports that have been generated and delivered cannot be refunded due to the immediate digital nature of the service

Request After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase (except for unauthorized transactions)

Content Dissatisfaction

Unhappiness with report content or findings - please review sample reports before purchasing

Change of Mind

Deciding you no longer need the report after purchase and generation

Third-Party Issues

Problems caused by your internet connection, browser, or device

How to Request a Refund
