Purchasing & Credits

Are these subscriptions?

No. All purchases are one-time prepaid credit packs. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or subscription fees. You purchase credits once and use them at your own pace. Your credit card will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. They remain in your account indefinitely until you choose to use them. There is no pressure to use credits within a specific timeframe, and unused credits carry over month to month.

Can I purchase multiple credit packs?

Yes. You can add multiple packs to your cart and purchase them together in a single checkout. Credits from all packs are combined into your account balance. For example, purchasing a 10-credit pack and a 25-credit pack gives you 35 total credits.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. After every successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with transaction details. You can also view your complete purchase history in your dashboard under the Account section.

Reports & Delivery

When do I receive my reports?

Reports are generated immediately after redeeming credits. The generation process typically completes within moments, and the report appears in your dashboard ready for viewing and download. There is no waiting period or manual review process.

What format are reports delivered in?

All reports are delivered as PDF files that can be viewed in your dashboard or downloaded to your device. The PDF format ensures consistent formatting across all devices and can be easily shared or printed if needed.

How do I access my reports?

All generated reports are available in your dashboard under 'My Reports'. You can view them directly in the browser or download them as PDF files. Reports are stored permanently in your account and can be accessed anytime.

Can I download reports multiple times?

Yes. Once a report is generated, you can download it as many times as you need at no additional cost. Reports remain in your account permanently and are always available for re-download.

What if report generation fails?

If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue, credits are not deducted from your account. You can attempt to generate the report again or contact support for assistance. We do not charge for unsuccessful generations.

Service & Scope

Are these custom consulting services?

No. All outputs are structured and standardized deliverables generated through automated processes. They are not custom consulting, personalized advice, or bespoke recommendations. Every report follows the same methodology and format regardless of who generates it.

Do you guarantee business results?

No. Nordic Ops does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue increases, conversion improvements, or any other measurable results. Reports are for documentation and reference purposes only. Users should apply their own professional judgment when making business decisions.

Is anything physically shipped?

No. All deliverables are digital. Nothing is mailed, shipped, or delivered physically. Access is entirely online through your dashboard, and all outputs are available for download as digital files. This is a 100% digital service.

What information do I need to provide?

For most reports, you need to provide a website URL. The system analyzes publicly accessible information from the URL you provide. You do not need to provide login credentials or access to private systems.

Can I use reports for client work?

Yes. Once generated, reports are yours to use as you see fit, including for client documentation, internal reviews, or reference materials. However, Nordic Ops branding remains on the reports as the generating platform.

Account & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited. Credits that have been used for report generation cannot be refunded. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. Please see our full refund policy for details.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking 'Log In' and entering your email address. Account creation is free and only takes a moment. You do not need to purchase credits to create an account and explore the dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information. Generated reports are stored securely and are only accessible when logged into your account.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account from the Settings page. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including generated reports and remaining credits. This action cannot be undone.
